Had such a great experience with Enhanced from the first phone call. They were very friendly and were very fair with the price. Corey explained everything he did as he was doing it, such a great personality. I would definitely recommend Enhanced and Corey!

I continually receive excellent service from Enhanced Heating. Most recently, Ed stopped by to perform the bi-annual heating system check-up. He thoroughly cleaned the system and took his time checking all important working elements. He knows how to diagnose an issue (in my case, a humidifier that was leaking) and takes each careful step to insure a satisfactory resolution. Highly recommend.

Five star rating for HVAC replacement. The installers (Dave, Tyler, and Zach) were thorough, professional, and conscientious. Installation was completed as planned, and they protected the areas of the house where materials had to be transported. All the work areas were restored and cleaned. The job included a new furnace, reinstall humidifier, new outside A/C unit, thermostat, chimney insert, and drilling thru the brick wall for intake and exhaust. Overall, contracting with Enhanced was a pleasant experience. Joe (co-owner) responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns while I contemplated acceptance of the proposal, which was the most reasonable. As a side note, one of the larger competitors told me I had a leak in the A/C line ten years previously and suggested replacing the 18 year old unit. Since then I've had no less than seven proposals in the subsequent years, but the A/C kept cooling adequately and I couldn't pull the trigger. This past summer a capacitor blew which I considered as an omen, and fortunately reconnected with Enhanced. The updated proposal varied very little from the one received a few years earlier. I highly recommend Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning for their reasonable costs, professionalism, and customer service.

The technician Andrew Fulton did a really good job and showed up on time. Completed repair and cleaned up afterward. Enhanced installed the unit ten years ago and this was my first call. Checked around and they had the best price for the needed repair.

I've had to use Enhanced a couple of times for the past couple of months due to leaking Freon. Upon checking out my AC unit they noticed my hot water heater was leaking. There was water on the floor that I didn't see. They replaced my AC/heating unit and hot water heater in one day. Andrew, Tom and Tyler did a great job. They were very friendly, professional, knew exactly what they were doing and worked very well together. I highly recommend using Enhanced.

We had Andrew F. and Nate F. come to our home to install a line from outside gas connection to our kitchen stove. They were very professional, did a great job and we have no complaints. They explained what they were doing, answered our questions and cleaned up when they were finished.

I called this morning for service to my leaky air conditioner, and Dave was able to come out in the afternoon. He got my unit all cleaned up and checked and assured me all was good. Dave was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He easily answered all of my questions with explanations of how, why, or what to look out for going forward. Thanks Dave and everyone at enhanced!

In today's world, most service calls can be impersonal, sloppy, and filled with bad information. My experience with Enhanced Heating was just the opposite. The owners of this company run an organized, efficient, and honest business. Unlike their larger competitors, they never try to talk you into unnecessary additional service. Today, I had my air conditioning unit (installed 2 years ago by Enhanced) checked for the hot weather season. Ed checked wiring, dusted around the various contacts, checked Freon levels, fans, in other words, he did a thorough job of making sure everything was in good working order. He explained what he was checking, answered questions, gave advice on how to keep the system from rusting and deteriorating (things I could on my own). He was polite and professional. Great job Ed! I highly recommend this company.

This is my second year having technician Andrew (Andy) come out to service my unit. He's always super polite and punctual, comes into the house with shoe covers and doesn't mind that my dog barks at him the entire time lol I've been experiencing problems with my unit for a while now and Andy always informs me of the best economical option for my dollar. My unit is quite old and needs replacing but thanks to Andy's help, I now have a good timeframe/understanding of what is going on with my unit and when it will need to be replaced. He also informed me of financing options that could be available to me. Thank you to Andy and the wonderful ladies (Britney & Andy's wife) for helping me with scheduling and getting my unit back up and running. Would highly recommend this service!

We are extremely pleased and impressed with the HVAC System that was installed last week by Tom and Andy from the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company.
Tom and Andy arrived in two very impressive and attractive Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company vehicles, and ahead of their scheduled arrival time, which to us, were immediate signs of professionalism.
After Tom and Andy assessed the most suitable and practical method of replacing our old HVAC system, inside and outside, they began installing the heating system.
Tom and Andy took a great deal of care, and pride in installing and integrating the heating system in a very complicated location. They were very careful to install the system in a manner that maintained the integrity and aesthetics of our home, which we so appreciate.
We were, and we continue to be impressed with each member of the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company staff, that we spoke with and we worked with; Andy, April, Brittany, Ed, Joe and Tom. They were all welcoming, helpful, informative, pleasant, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, caring and supportive.
And of course, we cannot write a review of the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company without highlighting the pleasure of working with Jim Johnson. After we met with Jim about the state of our existing HVAC system, there were no doubts that we would hire the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning company to replace our existing HVAC system. Without a doubt, Jim’s knowledge of HVAC systems is clear and evident. His replacement proposal for a new HVAC system was, very reasonable, and very fair. Jim is detailed and his follow-up exceptional. Jim exudes the utmost in integrity, and professionalism, caring and concern.
We will not hesitate to use or recommend the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company to family, friends or colleagues.
