When your heating and cooling system is more than 20 years old, replacing it with a modern, energy-efficient system can improve comfort, reliability, and potentially reduce energy costs. That’s exactly what Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning recently helped a Wilmington, Delaware, homeowner accomplish.
Out With the Old: Replacing a 27-Year-Old HVAC System
After 27 years of service, this homeowner’s aging HVAC system was ready for retirement. Older heating and cooling equipment can become less efficient, require increasingly expensive repairs, and struggle to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
The homeowner turned to Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning, a trusted local HVAC company serving Wilmington, Newark, and communities throughout New Castle County, Delaware.
Experienced HVAC technicians Joe and Kieran completed the full system replacement, upgrading the home’s aging equipment with a new YORK heating and cooling system.
As the before-and-after photos show, the installation included a new YORK high-efficiency gas furnace, updated venting, and connections to the home’s existing ductwork.
The new furnace features a 96% AFUE efficiency rating, meaning it is designed to convert approximately 96% of the fuel it consumes into usable heat under standardized testing conditions.
Another Happy Wilmington Homeowner!
The best part of this project wasn’t just the new equipment. It was hearing how pleased the homeowner was with the entire experience.
Following the installation, customer Mary Joshua left Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning a glowing five-star Google review:
“They did a wonderful job and the customer service was excellent. I’ll recommend them to everybody that needs Service.”
Joe and Kieran also shared that Mary was exceptionally kind throughout the installation and expressed how happy she was with their work.
For Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning, customer satisfaction is just as important as quality equipment and professional installation.
